Very cool, panta!

The people look a little odd to me, though.... In the top photo, they all look like little models, not real people. ;) I donno .... and the grey-haired girls... hmmmm.... are those wigs they are wearing?

Thanks for posting this!

good to see you!

jim - indeed. must be nice....

doreen - yeah, the girls are probably wearing wigs. they might have been coming from the manga madness in the cartoon hall.

the people in the first pic are real, btw - no models. but the books are. could you guess...! heh.

thanks for looking!

panta forest lady.
i guess it took a book fair to draw you into the city.
back in the forest again? how is it, late october in the black forest?
now there's some scenery i'd like to see. :!:

The Frankfort Book Fair definitely has some serious things to say about books.

The pictures are wonderful in close-up. i like the letters shown on the encyclopedias.

Also, i thought the grey-haired ladies were doing an impromptu mime - same clothes - hair for a reason. Hanging out by a book and then getting up is mime enough for me.

(starving for art! - and i thank you, anemone)

jim - please, don't forget to take bookfair pictures.... i'd love to see them.
and here's some warm and sunny black forest october scenery for you!

judih - i agree. hanging out by a book with or without getting up, down or elsewhere in body or mind is mime, expression, exhibition, inspiration all in one.

following pics:
on the peak plateau of mount heidstein - a grassy crest at 1'200m altitude where celtic druid rituals took place a long time ago (along with the beltane equinox rituals of the neighbouring mount belchen and the two other belchens over in france).
the sea of fog is surging below us.

Yeah!

i'm smiling after a long day hoping that the kids could stay awake long enough to finish our first day back at school. And here you are hiking in those wonderful fields and up the hills.

gorgeous.
