Days like today

Post by hester_prynne »

Roll a pome out
rev yo spinner up!
Press me press me
chin up buttercup.
All lee all loy,
hannah's in the clover,
throw a ball over a house,
annie annie over!
Grass tickled toes,
hula hula dancers,
laughing buddha guys
don't have all the answers.
Yip Yip skip a rope
up, down, blam,
days like today,
I forget how old I am.

we didn't know how good we had it, those days when play was all there was, no bills, no job.....where's the time machine, I want to go back......but there are those days, now, occasionally, when I feel like a boy, and I really savor them.........good work, hester.............

may your joy remain with you all day and more....
it looks beautiful on you and the song! it spins
and dances with a rhythm straight from your soul
i can hear it even between the words, soft echoes...
