for many seniors, we grew up trusting believing in this thing dubbed The American Dream we grew up believing we were the good guys every native american was a savage, we trusted the prevailing narrative later we believed our employer would never expose us to toxins, but my boss never mentioned cutt...

I think the problem is religion. Indoctrination. Blind faith. (Is there any other kind?) One might be caution using language like that less you get accused of some-kinda-commie! Remember "religion is the opiate of the people"..? I too just jest, of course. But the sensitivity of mankind is peculiar...

Again, most prophets or enlightened ones DO NOT start religions but teach those who listen how to live a better life.
