We all need to make sure to get out and vote against this excrement. Especially women! Where is the collective outrage? The backlash? I mean, Roe was overturned more ...

It's on! Personally, I hate winter, but I won't bow to it.

My dear sister accused me last year of being in a "liberal bubble." That is hard for me to take, mostly because I don't know what it means. Can anyone help me on this? And don't reply with the usual complaints about "welfare queens" and crime in general.

I think HST wasn't far from the truth about "the American dream," but there was no way that "Fear and Loathing" (in Vegas) was ever going to fully translate to the big screen. You had to read the book.

And now listening to my other favorite blast from the past song, "Ghost Town" by the Specials. THE song that first made me want to play bass guitar.

And I still like the message. At this point, all of this talk I've heard recently about another "civil war" is just that, just talk. Neighbors don't really talk to each other in that way. It's manufactured by unnecessarily tribal political factions. Wake up!

The disturbing thing is, half the population of the former United States thinks this is exactly what needed to happen. I agree, lace up the boots, but not like that.

Nothing like stumbling onto paradise in life. What a feeling.
