Re: hip as we went along
I remember too and miss those days of free love and searching for ourselves and the meaning of Life. I remember the feeling of brotherhood and sharing, a real movement for change. I found myself in lush Kauai- the original fantasy Isle and remember people living in treehouses and caves on the beache...

Re: MRS CLARK'S DAUGHTER.
Very sweet- love the simple run on sentences styled in childhood's simplicity... and chuckled to think of how things will have changed in a few short years!

Re: Hunters Blind
I appreciate your comment~ You can probably guess I'm a vegetarian- or more accurately- pescetarian (sp) We eat fish! I don't mean to be judgmental, but we get Hunters coming in across our Lake to shoot at the ducks- and back in the woods to shoot the deer... and I do get upset about it. Poor things~

Hunters Blind
Hunters are too blind to see or know they are being unkind. All energy is connected and Life is sacred in God's eyes and mine. But those who choose to kill and take life without reason are blind to this truth. Live and let live is the Law they wish their lives be considered yet they will not extend...

Re: Think about thinking about nothing.
I think that would be the definition of meditation... clearing the mind of all thought and it is the hardest thing to do! Our minds are not programmed to be blank slates- takes alot of work and self control to get there- but will bring gifts of insight- beyond thought. Knowing? Maybe...

Re: DEAD.
Heartfelt... sad but real. I know the feeling. The loss of a Loved One is the hardest thing. You will always have that memory, now expressed.

PEACE
To find that peace which surpasses the understanding of the outer mind... that is our goal. The peace which is like an oil on the waters or a healing salve on a wound, can be a calming influence unto a world which is far from any sort of higher understanding. The outer world which is so caught up in...
