Thanks Roy and John. It was a difficult day yesterday but I’m glad I went to the memorial. I appreciate your empathy, both of you. I’m having a tough time accepting that I’ll never see her again.
Welcome back to Studio8, John! It’s been a long time. Good to see you here!

For Shirley
I just talked to her two weeks ago. We were going to meet up for a heart-to-heart over dinner; drinks for me, water for her. Today, an open casket, I wanted to jump in and lie beside her to hug her. I have dozens or hundreds or thousands of friends online. I don’t know them. They don’t know me. She ...

Re: RIP Cecil Lee — author of Sunday Streams
Yeah, as winddance asked if there was a way to unite the two sites, both judih and I actually tried to do that through the years. We posted links to AC here often, inviting people to participate. Cecil was one that took us up on it. He liked AC. Others also… mnaz used to post there regularly, for on...

Re: tour of my neighborhood
Beautiful photos! The snow and shadows look so peaceful! I had a huge tree fall on my house several years ago. It was scary as hell. It went straight through the roof and dining room ceiling. It destroyed my back deck. Maybe I’ll post some photos of it one day. Thank goodness it didn’t damage the st...

Re: After the Storm
My car is still stuck in the ice. I’ve been home for 2-1/2 weeks. I haven’t gone anywhere other than an Uber ride to the store 1-1/2 miles away. It cost $20 round trip plus tips. $28. I can’t afford to live without a car. Of course I could get groceries delivered. I don’t know when I’ll get out of h...

Re: Alex Pretti — Say his name!
The Epstein files being released are pretty darned disgusting. Imagine what the ones they’re refusing to release say. I can’t even. Dark times indeed. People getting publicly executed by our government in broad daylight. Child trafficking and abuse by government officials and even the president. It’...

Re: Alex Pretti — Say his name!
I’m always sorry. lol. I’m sorry that everywhere we look we’re bombarded with the truth of whatever is happening in this country and the world. It’s overwhelming. I’m sorry there are murderers I’m sorry they executed this good man I’m sorry there’s an evil presence in our government I’m sorry I see ...
