Happy 85th Birthday to Bob Dylan!!! May 24th
Happy 85th birthday to Bob Dylan, who said, "Darkness at the break of noon Shadows even the silver spoon The handmade blade, the child's balloon Eclipses both the sun and moon To understand you know too soon There is no sense in trying Pointed threats, they bluff with scorn Suicide remarks are torn ...

I wish you had gone, too, but regret isn’t productive. It’s great he’s still alive at 96! He has a large catalog of books to enjoy . What a fabulous poet. I admire his work so much. Such vivid writing using so many tools! He’s amazing.
I’m going to see if there are any of his readings on YouTube,

Thank you, winddance! Yeah I think I’m past the age of gambling. It’s taking a chance just to get out of bed in the morning at this point. Haha

You’re all exactly right. ————————- (I wrote this one below on the same topic in 2004 on the litkicks site) you could go to school and hate your class, the professor could turn out to be an ass, you could run to the girl you've always dreamed of, find out she...
