Re: Glinda Was Right

I don't "really" mind getting older, but sometimes, well (sigh)...it's the shits.

Appreciate the thoughts here toward Glinda. She's a tootsie sometimes.

Re: Glinda Was Right

She told me once she had found the man of her heaven, but at the last minute he told her that his jobs in life had changed and he was now p...

Re: A Doctor's Office

Nice shift from no sex to the white stallion. I like that misdirection and the line break that introduces it. I agree w/Revolution…a real poet will find poetry anywhere.

Nice observation.

Glinda Was Right

Under the skin of every surface touched is where I've been Wherever my finger’s shadow rests, a candle flame will flicker Every day of every year has a hundred cities, a thousand streets, every one of them lit by a sunrise— Sometimes I wish for all the things I have now to just disappear; then I cou...

Re: lottery

Love the third shift reference. The corn chips. Not my money. There is just a lot to like here…it's very spatial. I know exactly where things are and to me that's important in a site specific setting. This is a short play waiting to happen. A short story. And, of course, I nice poem. I'd take it a s...

American Sniper

This is the best movie I have seen in years. I hope Clint Eastwood lives to be 142 just so he can direct a few more movies before he croaks.
