sorry for late reply, MJ. I've read a lot of your recent posts and they all made me feel inadequate. for... whatever reason. you're a very honest writer. I like that.

same ol', same ol', truckin'. working to get money to pay the rent. drinking beer and whisky. the occasional codeine buzz. taking photos wondering if being alone is the path that's been cut for me. it's okay most of the time. a few laughs and a few smiles, truckin'. At this rate I'll like to 100. Wo...

I'm not sure that the one verse each thing works but the guitar is really nice and town...

I enjoy playing but mostly it's just for me. thanks for the words. you too, stickyfinger. I read y...

I really liked the line "dirk and dagger on her hips" it suggests tattoo rather than actual steel, which, in turn, holds the whole point of the piece for me. also really dug the scots reference "dirk" :) I'm not a patriot, I'm just a boy from a small country who digs it when other people reference us.

Fox Buddha

I saw a fox on the scar tissue train tracks of dusk. He was scratching his ear with his paw and looked happy.

I saw a fox sitting by the train tracks tonight on...

the dog does no stir

A tree stands unassuming, overlooking silently with a calm and serene expression, hands loose by its sides. A dog is sunbathing in the grass, asleep. I'm scared of pain and I hide from it, or the possibility of it, as much as possible. The unfortunate thing is that the possibility of pain is life and it's life that I seem to be hiding from. My jail is self-made seclusion.

Consequently, I have no such stories. Thanks for posting this.
