after a week in the high country

we stopped at the sol duc hot springs
pool and resort
they wouldn't let her swim
thought she was contagious.

now along the long road home

connect them to brain
the answer is there
see the subtle difference
between truth and lies

strong
vibrant yellow
warriors

a spring clean
fills me with energy
until I sit down

pacific rockfish

hold a sun warm rock
you can feel its age
and the energy of its youth
eons ago
throw it
and change the course
of history

right on
our only strength
is in our humanity
hold it close
hold your loved ones
smile at strangers
howl at the moon
don't let the music die

chance
always hovers
in wait

feel so
enthusiastically
challenged

spring tactics
sun shines bright
rain pours down

crush him with kindness
