spirituality that is uninterested in ending war genocide injustice is a dead religion... authentic spirituality moves in the opposite direction true spirituality should be about facing things that are uncomfortable realities about yourself taking hard looks at maladaptive coping skills belief system...

I look forward to my routines and I'm sort of surprised by that. Growing up in a household structured by regular rountines that included the same cereal, and the same crackers, and the same ice cream, once I was broke loose to land my own place to live, I became the great experimenter of variety.......
