Gonzo journalism
What are your thoughts on this? From what I understand, it's just about the writer being as much a part of the story as the story? When I write reviews I always try to write in third person. But, I'm thinking now that it's quite restricting. I always thought that writing journalistic pieces in first...

Poor Lucy. I hope you're feeling better soon. Fucking Ice. It's been snowing hectic here too. March and snow. The worst thing about your accident is that it seems to have damaged your ability to use a space bar. Awww, pet. I hate Bush too. They are such a Nirvana rip off, man. Don't you think?...

I'm not much of a fan of sonnets and other formal styles of poetry. I don't even know who Spencer is/was. But I liked a lot of the lines in this. I especially liked: "Hearts cannot be maintained with tape and tears." "I sit, and sift like ash, these souvenirs... The debt I’ve still to pay in deep ar...

Just the dull, daily, minute minutia, minute by minute, hour by hour. time slips like air from a burst baloon a...

My day today from 7.30 through till 6
This is literally what it says in the subject. My day. It's uneventful and boring but there you go. Since some people posted pics of their computers in doreen's thread about "natural HABITat" I thought I'd let you all get to know me a wee bit more by taking you by the hand, talking you through my Tu...

thanks for the input, miss smart arse. Is there a reason for it? Or is it just the way it is? I assumed that it was easier to scan from left to right and if the texts were written differently to that it was for some specific reason. If you don't know, just say "I don't know," I won't think less of y...

Hebrew Text
Nothing interesting here. Sorry.
I just want to know why hebrew text runs from right to left.
When I do searches on various search engines I'm presented with a list ways to get the text to display properly in web browsers. but no info as to why it runs that way.
thanks
