thanks RR... truth is, it's the feelings from the past couple of months, plus the news of a heart condition noticed in my check up last week. if I were to meditate, the heart rate goes from 60 down to 45 in five minutes... then everyone gets excited and says this and that, and ooooh's and hmmmm's.....
