it took longer than i thought to write "kelso"

"kelso"
k. e. l. s. o.
[two syllables]
i never knew a
"kelso"
and now i doubt
that i ever will
meet the one
that's called
"kelso"
[five letters]
[two vowels]
but if i do meet
someone named
"kelso"
i will tell kel-so
that s/he was
the first person
i ever knew
that was named
"kelso"

Hes' - when i see you wading in the Stream I think to myself - "How cool!" Thank you... Arcadia - our own assessment of his 'greatness' pales in comparison to what i have seen worldwide... but an 'individual' he was... that i don't believe to be an askewed assessment. as usual, mi amiga, gracias pa...

Sunday Stream (26) - Individuality

I find it odd that the word is: "the Pope has died." The Pope never dies, it is the man who is called Pope for a certain period of time that dies... it's happened to a whole string of those that were called Pope. But it is Pope John Paul II that ended this reign of the Papacy... and quite a man he w...

welcome, desert rat... your words are true.

the desert is not bad in the winter
but makes up for it in the spring
where the wind never blows
it sucks the life right out of you

good read, mnaz... keep on.

after the flood

floods make for a thorough cleansing of sorts despite the wet carpets stinking despite the ruined LP's wrinkled despite the stacked cartons wicking the waters up into the contents the flood brought a rush to clean up the place that time never made space for as if all the stuff was somehow going to m...
