I wonder if Miller will be remembered for
The Death of a Salesman or
The Crucible
as much as he will be for marrying Marilyn Monroe?

He was married to Marilyn Monroe?

Yer kidding.

Who knew?

Hey Zlatko.... have you ever seen "the Death of a Salesman" film with Dustin Hoffman? He was fabulous! LR and I rented it a while back. I loved it.

Miller was a great playwright. His plays will become classics. Hell, many of them are already considered classics.

Yes, Doreen:

I did see and enjoy the Dustin Hoffman version of "Death of a Salesman" very much. Hoffman's performance was outstanding.

Also, I liked the 1996 film made of "The Crucible."

Here's a rather elaborate web site on the film, which got some very good reviews. It would be worth renting and watching.

Winona Ryder gives quite a good performance. Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Scofield are superb, of course.

I recommend it.
