I was thinking more like Little Feat singing Snakes on Everything
Snakes on Everything
-- Bill Payne

Someone looking out for me
You can step right up and show yourself if you will
It seems like I've been hiding from my friends too long
You can take over for a while-- I need the rest
A chance to laugh it off
I ain't made sense in so long -- I almost quit trying

This can't be the way it's supposed to work
I've tried by myself and now I want to try it out with you
You may not believe I need it -- I haven't shown it in the past
It took me a while to get above myself
I barely made the test
you're out there and I feel you
So come on out of hiding

Someone looking out for me
You can step right up and show yourself if you will
It seems like I've been hiding from my friends too long
You can take over for a while -- I need the rest
A chance to laugh it off
I ain't made sense in so long -- I almost quit trying

"To try and break this down on the basis of gender misses many more fundamental factors."
This sentence saved you LRod because you state here that it's not a matter of gender in these power struggles, it's more just that there are dominants and passives period. At least this, I very much agree with.

Yeah, then there are the dominants who claim that others are dominant which is a dominant thing to do because it dominates the others by blaming the others who aren't passive at all. What a conundrum, huh?

beats me clay
just looking at what was on the end of my putz
this woman thing
the thing in itself
thinking in terms of universals
you know relationships are for chicks
and guys who are desperate to get laid
like me

after thirty years of fucklessness all my former lover's ghosts have settled down

The best think or the best bit I remember about men and women comes from a a book about Sylvia Plath called savage god.

He described the relationship between Hughes and Pllath as pouring power back and forth like water from one vessel to another.

That is why I think some college women consider Plath a failed feminist, a proto-feminist from the fifties.

I like going to meetings of NOW, or gatherings of the American Association of University Women to pick up chicks.

I am thinking about a new option
A feminist trapped in a man's body

Sorry if I put it so rudely or crudely, I was trying to be truthful, philosphical about the phenomenology of female spatiality in our culture. Someone compared it to be being a cripple on a website for quadraplegics.

What is on the end of my dorky fork?
Just mother nature's pearl
that's all
D E A
Woman is the wonder of the world
E A G A
She may be high society or just a good old fashioned girl
D G
When she was made she pulled the shade on Mother Nature's pearl
D A D
She ain't much, she's just the wonder of the world
The Buddhists say do not objectify sensory data. Lord knows I am still the great solipsizer of women.

A woman's body is constantly objectified in our consumer paradise. Hard for me to rises above all that. I was not thinking about sex when I started this thread, which shows how clueless I am. Like Bennie said man think about sex every six seconds. Which makes me dubious about my feminism. I just want my sisters to free them selves and I will ride the wave of rising feminist enlightenment to my own liberation.
She frees herself she frees me
Yes imbalances in strength yes yes yes
all the time
and warm gun in a petite feminine hand is an equalizer

I was just as sincere as I can be about the feminist revolution I think we are in a post patriarchal era. I hope so. Now lets send five hundred thousand more troops to Afghanistan and keep our word to the women there.

I been drinkingcrazywine dont mind me ladies
