Well, what it was was....On Broadway..... Clay on piano and flute... both of us singing, but i sang more than he did.... and it was awful.... i struggled to hit a couple notes and it sounded really really BAD .... i was sleeping... i didn't know he was going to put that piece up online.... so i woke up and .....

i took the file down....

but i think 'i got you babe' will be a good one! heh.... so, we'll try that next...

...from first boyfriend's wood-panelled bedroom basement... 45 rpms... never could go any faster... but what did I know

...to smokey bars ...my practiced indignance: "of course that's my i.d." ...4 by 4 was the dancefloor... dj in baby blue

...fast forward 20 years to a club named Diva's ...my hairdresser by day... entertainer by night... he was cher and his other was sonny... and we sang along... the last song of the night

...and now doreen ...i'm picturing this and picturing that ...i hear sweet tunes... making nothing but good mem'ries

As for scary mousey... you want scary?

...try Greg and Cher ...hear it, "Greg and Cher" ...nothin' musical there!

honestly... i just asked LR and he told me the same thing you typed here that Greg was married to Cher.... Really? lol... i had no clue... i really didn't know that! i'm a doe-doe about things like that and I wasn't familiar with the lyrics you posted, either....

interesting tidbit, by the way.... an internet friend of mine (meaning i haven't met him in person yet, but i've known him for years...) ... Toerag... he's a member here and has posted a few posts anyway... he used to be a roadie for the Allman Bros. and is a good friend of Greg's.

That's just a tidbit....

But anyway, i truly enjoy your presence here, Whitebird, and i'm so honored that you listened to my piano playing and enjoyed it.... Wow... your poetic description just blew me away! you got *that* from my music.... geezzz...... Whitebird, that's just beautiful! Thank you so much!
