Paro & movilización

Post by Arcadia » August 24th, 2005, 1:15 pm

today, I just came from the acto central in the San Martín Plaza. Before this, we marched through downtown streets( here we march in the middle of the streets and let the veredas free for the walkers). We ended eating choripanes, talking and feeling in the faces the strong midday sun.

. for the raise of salaries for teachers and professors in all levels (Elementary School, High School and University).
. for the raise of salaries of other state-workers
. for the raise of salaries of retired people
. for blanqueo of salaries (I don´t know how to translate this)
. for work for the people that are unemployeed, raise of the amount of money that the governmet give as social help for unemployeeds.
. for that the big corporations pay the taxes.
. for better conditions for schools and public health.
. against summaries against workers
. against the government that don´t listen to the people
. against Bush presence in November.

These were some of the points, I´ll find some link about it.
