OK. I'll go first.

I mowed the lawn and weeded the gardens and picked out all these white pebbles from the dirt which were dumped on my lawn by people who shouldn't have been doing that because it was supposed to be grass seed there but they didn't put the grass seed down, just dirt with a LOT of white pebbles... took me an hour and a half to do the pebble clean-up ... got eaten up by mosquitos in the process.

I answered a few emails, played a few games of scrabble, went to get some money, went to the store, came back, worked a little on the book which is almost finished.

And now I'm going to go take a bath.

Sort of an uneventful Saturday but I got a lotta stuff done which makes me feel good about it.

wow, doreen. pebble picking and book creating are definitely accomplishments.

i woke up - internetted - coffee'd - made love
exercised, made salad dressing (my single contribution to lunch/brunch)
did the dishes. washed some clothes, hung em up to dry since the weather was at least 40 degrees centigrade and no dryer was required.
made dough for bread, let it rise a couple of times, baked it.
watched some Live Earth from various locations on the planet.
picked a new wallpaper for the computer (not easy)
rested.
spoke to my daughter as she left the gym, and when she got home, heard my other family members speak to my son, who's together with her in Florida.
made some more salad dressing for dinner - took the bread out of the oven (sole contributions to dinner)
took a great walk (finally the temperatures went down to around 30)
Threw our bath towels to the communal laundry depot.
and settled into convincing my other daughter to take a shower and begging my other son not to sit on her back.

that was about it. A Saturday of rest. yeah, yeah, yeah.

I had a meltdown because i'm not liking my job and will probably resign from it, and I'm scared.

Not to worry.
