I confess I only tried to read one of your comics, zlatko  It was about something like a psicóloga with an awful peinado, if I remember well. But it was vvvvvvvvverry slow to see with my internet-conection. I´ll try again, now.
felicitaciones!! :D

Dear Doreen:

Jack was the only reader who regularly communicated with me. Many postings here garner many "hits", but as you know, the cyber world is a howling vacuum unless there's a person behind those electronic flickers. Jack commented personally on many of my strips. The warm reception I received at Flickr was ( and is) highly personal, with comments and conversation constantly flowing.

You are a generous and loving person, and I didn't intend to offend you.

As for your e-mails and "California visit" : my computer was badly crashed for two months-- I got tired of talking to polite but unhelpful Indian persons long-distance for literally hours. I changed ISPs, I got the computer fixed finally and downloaded MS service packs. At long last, my computer is back and working.

I must have missed your e-mails, as I did many dozen others during that time. I hope you enjoyed your trip.

I appreciate your talents too, zlat, as I'm certain many here do
and it's so funny or zen or something that I just wrote a poem
somewhat touting this very thing
Encouragement
we all need, or at least want a little encouragement
to know, to be assured that eyes do find our work and find appeal therein
Encouragement
a pat on the back
a well done
an I like this or I like that

I've missed you zlat
we wander the pages here
and check each other out
but all too often leave no sign
of our nosing about
our breathing in the essence
of what makes each of us tick.

But gosh darn it, zlat, it's hard to come up with witty commentary or sensible things to say every time I drop by...how about I leave one of these guys :) on your written page...interspersed of course with an occasional hip hip hoorah. You are so talented. We are lucky to have you here. Please don't stop depositing your work here just because we may be a silent bunch...a silent bunch-o-bananas.

Anyway, here's the poem I wrote in Creative Writing, http://www.studioeight.tv/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=10953 it was meant as Encouragement to all the creative talents here and you are definitely one. My way of saying thank-you and carry on, you are being appreciated, even if silently. I read. I really really do read all of you.
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

Would you like me to retire Zlatkomix or keep it open?

Seems to me that even though you don't get the attention you want here in the form of replies, clearly you have a devoted audience so my suggestion would be that you take 2 min out of your time and post your current projects to your Zlatkomix artlog whether people reply or not. It would give you an additional archive of your work and another link to share with people.

We can always keep it available for you but if you feel you don't want to spend a couple of minutes adding to it and would rather that I archive it, just let me know. Thanks.

Norman I don't get around much anymore
I am tolerated here
I like the feel of this place
reminds me of Rachel Varn Hagen's salon.

I wish you would post more artwork here

That last single panel zlat comix you posted was a brilliant editorial cartoon. Have you ever thought as a career as an editorial cartoonist?

Izzy
Kayla not Kyla
Myla not Mayla
I go it
you are important to me
I want to live to be 89 so I can see her graduate from college
I been thinking about how my grandmother would always lie about my age when people would ask her how old I was. She did it to protect me from the evil eye.

I will never stopped posting here unless I stop reading here.
I am going to try again to back out of here again
"so long and thanks for all the fish"

Hey Zlatko, admittedly animation has never really caught my eye , that is by anybody, but the other work you have posted has been inspirational....
