thes pics were taken a few weeks ago, when it all looked a lot more tidy - but it gives an idea, at least:

I could stand and stare out your window all day

I been trying to put some pictures up here of my crib, but I can't find the cable, it is under a pille of rubble somewhere. I been living in my little shack by the railroad tracks for a year now but there are still some boxes I haven't unpacked.

I'm obsessive compulsive to a degree. Occasionally I get a kick out of a ridiculously elaborate organization scheme for things of mine, but for the most part instead of obsessing and compulsing about neatness & tidiness, I have to have things disorganized and cluttered.

I've always done my best work when surrounded my myriad clutter. It's a visual thesaurus. And it creates an atmosphere of chaos. Which is good. 90-degree angles cause cancer.

As for what's on my desk?
I don't have one. My monitor is on a little foot-high plastic table and the rest of the computer is on the floor. My mouse pad is a phonebook.
I suppose this makes the livingroom floor my desk.
You don't want that list.
