I don't know about yab but I certainly haven't taken any drugs, nor do I ever plan to. And every therapist isn't a pill pusher, some are actually there to help, and whether they do or not, it's always better to talk things out to someone, whoever it may be.

writing seems to work better than talk for me.

but yes there are physicians who practice the art of medicine, but there are those who don't. Effexor works well for millions of people. Who am I to complain?

Weird dreams though, but so does blood sugar. Do you remember the dream someone on S8 wrote about killing a dear with his car and getting out to finish the poor thing off he lifts its head about to cut its throat and in the dream the dear turns out to be his father.

Some good professional help out there, I am just saying that one of the perplexities of acid for me is it left me exposed to my thoughts, a lot of repressed feeling actually that were frightening to face. Now I cannot look at any monster and not for the grace of god see me or as my brother the jitterbug sings
"you can't be any better than the worst you recognize"

the thing about heights for me it is not so much a desire to or thought to jump but a feeling of something pulling me over the edge, a vector of force that grows stronger the closer I get to the edge. I was lucky I got to work high rise construction and face that fear everyday while I was making good money and great experiencing views when I worked on the pyramid in ocean city maryland.
Eidetic images of looking out a hundred miles of ocean wave after wave to the far horizon. I have stored them up behind my eyes like a deck of pyschic tarot cards to deal myself pleasant dreams on nights when my mind is troubled and body craves sleep.
