I'd doing the whole Navy Pier thing probably. (I know so typical of Chicagoans) Although last year I sat at home drinking and creating a poem w/my good friend KElly, which was pretty damnded fun!!! I'm headed down to Glen Rose, TX for the Texas Music Nation New Years party. Lots of music, all the time, from Friday through Sunday, on and off stage.

I'm doing a gig at the Uniontown Cafe, which is a local restaurant, pretty nice one. I'll be working with a fine piano player, singing some good ol jazz standards and some not so standard ones too.
Good money. New years eve gigs always pay pretty good.
And of course, there's always that bittersweet moment of watching lovey dovey drunk folks kiss at midnight........
wouldn't miss that!
