Late Nights/Long mornings

Yesterday I celebrated another glorious year of life with a bang. A couple of my closest friends all joined me for a VERY long night on the town. We did all the usual things that twenty somethings do when celebrating ANYTHING. And here it is, nearly 6, my body is weary and tired from walking and dancing, and forcing music into my soul. I cannot sleep. My mind refuses to rest. I am so used to long nights, and I am slowly learning early mornings. And though I ache, and I am youth-tired, and head-fucked from strong drink. But I am honored to be alive to try again another year. And I am so glad to know me right now. Good morning.

I am wishing you many more happy

I am starting to feel like a vampire when I see young people
I am trying to grow old gracefuly but I tell you it is hard
It just happened so quick
I went to bed last night I was still young
I woke up this morning like Rip Van Wrinkle
I am trying to keep faith with St Martin the King

Thanks for reading and wishing me well, guys. I had one of the best birthdays ever yesterday. And I plan on having many more!
