yes it does. i guess age is literally what makes time go by faster since the length of a year, though the same as earlier years, feels shorter, the longer you've lived. when you're 2, then a year is half of your life and takes forever. but when you're 60, a year is only a 60-th of your life and thus feels so much shorter.
i'm with doreen on 2010 (a little bit). i hope 2011 is a better year for everyone

My childhood lacked responsibility, and a time standard was then set in place.
By age 10, my responsibility quadrupled, and I noticed the shortening of a day.
From working age, 16, responsibility quadrupled again, time was a literal blur, and I would not sleep for more than 6 hours out of 24.
A father at 21, I remember a sagitarius girl... the mother of my children, anyway,
Then, I slept 5 hours, and worked 17... the other 2 hours went missing.
I've experimented with this idea of time perception. It takes a long time to notice
a regaining of even a few minutes. But there's got to be a connection here too.
Why does time pass slower when we're at a place that we don't want to be... ?
like the dentist, or a school meeting and so on.
Why did the sagitarius girl complain about being alone?

Time is that old friend who calls a few times during the year
to keep in touch. When we pause for station identification,
we realize time's passing: See the link to Pink Floyd's "Time"
Yes, as we grow older, our relationship to time changes--always fascinating!
