monday sunrise brings

working towards Monday. Sunday a success - lived to tell the tale. Now, more.
some puppets, some meditation, some literature.
a little shelf building, a little search for a lost item, and then a little coaching students to finish their book reports.
and then no private lesson afterwards (yay!)

ahhhh, Monday

cool! i'm so glad you liked it, mark!

When i do it with students, they are more interested in how i filmed it than about closing eyes and letting the sound infiltrate.

i love it, too!

What's Tibetan bowl breathing? I guess I'll have to look that up.

I'm here but wherever that is, I'm not sure because I'm not all here. I'm mind traveling into various futures trying to figure out where I'm going and what it would be like going there. It's a trip, I'm telling you!
