Been (re)reading Craig's book

Post by mnaz » June 11th, 2023, 5:58 pm

I've been (re)reading Craig's (revolutionrabbit's) book. Insightful look into the late-sixties southern California (psychedelic) scene. It revolves around a "jam session" house, life and love. One of the "regulars" worked at a record store and snagged a copy of Hendrix's Axis: Bold as Love to spin before it went on sale... Interesting to read about Laurel Canyon back then, where a LOT of musicians and songwriters lived. Haven't heard anything from RR in quite awhile. I was always blown away by his SOC writing.

Maybe I should pull "Infinite Tide" off the shelf next ...

Thanks for bringing back the snippets lodged in my memory. Craig went through so many incarnations, so many pen names, but each rang with his voice. Wonder what he's writing now.
