Hi All,

Don't know if its just a glitch or not, but recieved an email saying I recieved a private message on the 24th, checked my profile account and nada, nothing, zero, ziltch. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it a phantom notification? Anyways, if someone has sent me a message and doesn't hear back from me, please don't be offended if you don't recieve a response because I have nothing showing up in my inbox.

Hi Trevor.... this is the second time I've heard of this. Glorious Amok emailed me and told me this happened to her, too. I don't know what the glitch is or how to fix it. Either nobody sent you a private message and you got the email in error or somebody did and you didn't get the pm. I guess you said that already... lol.... Anyway, wish I could figure out what went wrong but I doubt I'll be able to because I'm a techie dummy who shouldn't be in the position of webmaster 'cause I don't know a thing about techie stuff. ;)

No worries Doreen...just don't want to offend and have someone think I can't be bothered to respond when in fact I haven't recieved a message.

you obviosly got a message from the web gremlins. Or maybe somebody is trying to contact you from the other side. Secret admirer? These things will always be a mystery.

I've had emails that said I had private messages on discussion boards to which I've never been. Go figure.

I....wise mouse that I am, think that whoever sent you the pm probably deleted it before you popped in to read it. :D

I once sent myself a pm...because I was lonely...and then changed my mind and deleted it only to get an email saying I had received a pm! Needless to say I was disappointed that it was only me and that I had been deleted!

Nough said? I think so!

Well thanks for nutt'n people, you were about as helpful as a parka in hell :P lol

My guess is it was a death threat, but then Mousey realized that I'm invinvible and retracted her claim of feeding me to pen of well trained - killer zebra mussels. :)
