"the obese in food lines"

Post by stilltrucking » September 13th, 2005, 7:42 pm

I read that line somewhere on studio eight.
It struck a chord. Looking at the overweight poor in New Orleans

Dumb question:

Does anybody know where?

Will someone tell me?

Going to click around and find it myself, but I am so lazy.

thanks

ok, truck
I know you have oldtimers's disease and can't remember where you saw what.

I recognize this because I have the same problem.

Anyway, the tune you are referring to is Famous Bastards by my partner, Barry Gremillion.

The line is "obesity in the breadline."

it reminded be of what we are seeing in Texas with the passing out of $2000 debit cards. Every homeless person in Houston is probably standing in line to get one.

here is the tune:

"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."
