Dear LR:

Those who want to "get real" about the US imperialist adventure in Iraq might read this.

It wouldn't encourage the guy who lives next door to take his flag decal off his 6-ton SUV (Hummer2), however.

Right down the street from me an old man rehearses a gospel choir in our neighborhood every Thursday ( we know because we walk by his house on the sidewalk and they are all gathered around his piano).

The fellow citizen has a five-by-eight foot American flag flying from a post in his front yard, and a "Bush/Cheney 04" sticker on his SUV.

From the land of Arnold,

best wishes,

Zlatko

Dear Couple in the Arts:

Doreen:

Thanks for the quick response and explanation.

LR:

The music was middling. But the acoustics are bad around Hummers anyway.

Disabling Arnold Smilies where'ever I go,
