Yikes! I am so sorry to hear this dearie....hope you feel better real soon.
I know what you mean about the oxycodone...they gave me that after they took my kidney out a few years back. I took about two of them and was suicidal. No kiddin. I ended up trading this gigantic bottle of them they gave me for a couple of eighths of weed, which worked, (and still works when I have it) quite well for me.....helped with depression and really eased the pain at that time too......
I'm sending good thoughts your way....hope you are alright...
Take care.

that pain killer is ridiculous.
if not weed, then there might be some other help from some other source.
The only thing that stops the backpain for a moment or two is orgasm.
Tried and true.
Meanwhile, your dreams must be entertaining. Can you do the Matisse technique? Draw on your wall while lying down?
Are you sitting up at the computer for a while? What music helps you forget?
Maybe we can make a Studio 8 compilation.

Sorry Arthurguy, too bad, what about a lawsuit? Who owns that wall, who made it, was there a disclaimer? There should have been a disclaimer, 'MAY FALL AT ANY TIME'. Stay off the oxycodine; is that the same as oxycontine, must be. The same stuff Rush Limbaugh was a bitch to? My mother commited suicide on oxycontine, maybe I am just misremembering the word; must be oxycodine, she got super depressed, having been depressed prior to taking it; she was done for in two years. I didn't know, I hadn't heard of that stuff. My sister and I were going to join a class action lawsuit against the company that manufactures that poison, but thanks the Homeland Security laws it is not possible to sue a pharmasuetical corporation, or more difficult to do so or something, Corporate Security Act is what it is among other things. You know Artguy I wrote a really funny thing in responce to a responce of yours to some post on here some weeks ago and you didn't respond to it, and I thought, that was really funny, but he didn't say anything about it, did he read it; I guess you were pinned under a building, give it a read if you haven't already and tell me how funny it is, besides your back is broken anyways, what else are you going to do:

you ask who wrote...? and then I gave a goofy answer. Get well soon, hope that full body cast doesn't itch to much.

Oxycodone... is it derivated from morphine? I think I can write a book about morphine effects (not in myself but in people I took care of). Crazy that science not discover other pain-killers.
Aspirines and tetralgin are the pain-killers I used till the moment and I don´t think the could be help for you now...
Maybe tonglen and art could help.
Even though I think phisical pain is a cagada (as we say here). I´m not good in accepting it in me or in others.
I promise a more positive post next time,
Arcadia

Yes I have been indulging in a little weed to supplement...at some later date when my mind clears I will write about my anger with the doctor who treated me at the hospital...right now drug induced depression rule my days...cold sweat nightmares in my nights...
I find great relief in Shamatha...
