he's baaaaaaak
Yes, it is official, I am now a computer owner and internet buyer. It's alot better to be in the confines of my own home than that of internet cafes. So how has everyone been? Good health I hope. Things out west are going really well, except for being hassled by the police twice. I actually got stopped for J-walking. The cop was a reall prick. Made me perform a sobriety test right there on the sidewalk. When it came time to walk a straight line, I was a real arrogant prick. I marched back twards him like a Nazi soldier. He didnt appreciate my brand of humor and sarcasm so he wrote me a ticket for disorderly conduct. The maximun penalty for this trumped up charge is $2500 and 30 days in the can. I plan on pleading not guilty and taking it to trial, but when it's one cops word against mine, I know what the outcome will be. But there is no chance I am pleading guilty to being disorderly. All I was doing was walking, for fuck sake. I hate people who where thier authority like a samuri sword.

where in the west are you?
i can't beleive you got stoped for jaywalking, and why can't police officers have a sense of humor.
i got stoped too yaby, for crimminal speeding, i didn't know there was such a thing but apparently its a criminal offince in arizona to go 90mph, or at least it is if you get caught.
this is my second ticket in three months, actually i got it three months to the day of my first ticket, but the thing is the first ticket was bullshit...i think i wrote about it here. anyways, its going to make for a good script i think, a comedy of course.
the police officer that pulled me over the most recently was a fairly nice guy and i was breaking the law, course i didn't know it was a criminal law. anyway, i only really worry about my mother finding out.
what do you do for a living?

breaker breaker sparky
Dear Yabby the best news I had to day.
To tell you the truth I forgot what this string was about. Woke up with a bad head, smoked bowl felt better but also felt like a Tarninshed Gallahad
Say sparky scooter just posted a link to a Kesey song called tarnished gallahad, yabby get down there and grab it now, them trashy links don't last to loong. I am not sure which is the best part the lead in discussion about the song where you here back ground voices asking questions, reminds me of the lonely saloon down by the tracks near the water front. The song is even better maybe. He has a singing voice like a cantor.
check it out
going to back on out of here now
good to see you, you know I am just a fan of your stuff yabby, be wary of Greeks baring gifts.

ha ha--you can always count on me for a pharse like that--
I was wondering where you were off to...
welcome back man...
It is good that there are people out there that will do things like that...do a nazi walk to fight for freedom--or what ever.
thus spoke G.A.P.

Oh my brotherI hate people who where thier authority like a samuri sword.
wear that sword as long as thou canst.
Thinking about that tarnished gallahad, thinking about Neal's 15 seconds of fame and trouble with the law that St Jack gave him.
I hate myself yab, I envy you.
Eight years old a closet, a coat hook, belt, curious kid.
I think j walking is a worth cause, I would risk jail and large fines any day to fight for my freedom to jay walk, and I would take special care to do it in from of a cop. I hate cops. I am going to turn in my badge
if you got to pay the money do it. we can have a keep the outlaw yabyum from jail, I would send money. I ain't got 1500 but there are about three hundred registered users here inf half of them sent 10 bucks we can you free to fight for j walking freedom another day. Because it is a major problem, I don't know what we are going to do about these nazi cops who are trying to take away our shoes. Next thing it will be prayer in schools
yeah I know it fucking hurts

sounds bogus to me yabyum, but like I told that other punk, you can't hit a homerun everytime, Ted Williams still my hero.
I sure hope you get a chance to write while you are at sea. I keep looking around for some stuff yu have wrote about the ocean, but I can't find anything. Did I forget or do you just not like to write about it. I spent six weeks on a trawler off the west coast about thirty years ago. Just when I think I have written it to death, a few more words comejapan, china, & south korea are in my future
