Don't know about all that linking stuff. So you'll have to type it in on your own.
Just something I read, thought some of you would be interested, if you haven't already heard or read about it. I tend to be a little slow getting with the news.

Nikita Kruschev once told John Kennedy that communism would dance on the grave of the capitalist, and that they would sell us the rope we use to hang ourselves with. The communists did sell us the rope Nikita, but it was the Chinese communists that did it. And WalMart is pulling on it so very, very tightly that you may be right in the end.

I don't know if it has any strategic importance anymore but the Panama Canal is run by a company which is Owned by the PLA (peoples liveration army of china)
Unbelievable. Kruschev was right. How did that deal slip through. The laws are made by lobbysists I suppose. I read somewhere that most members of congress don't even read the laws, they just get them from special interests groups. There was a senator killed in a plane crash a couple years ago a guy name Wellstone, we need a lot more like him. I almost cried when he died Almost as bad as 1959 when the Big Bopper died with buddy holly in a plane crash

WASHINGTON - The Bush administration on Friday detailed its proposal to sell more than 300,000 acres of national forests and other public land to help pay for rural schools in 41 states.
The land sales, ranging from less than an acre to more than 1,000 acres, could total more than $1 billion and would be the largest sale of forest land in decades http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060210/ap_ ... _land_sale
With all the fuss about the current imbroglio/hoo haw over selling the ports management franchises....I thought I'd bring this National Forest liquidation back up....anyone see a pattern here? That clown Bush is the salesman of the year, ya know
"Step right up, Folks, and looky looky here! What are the offers on these fine tracts of the people's land? Been in the same family for a couple'o hundred years! Never been on the market before!
Oh, you're looking for ports? Well lemmee show ya these busy little beauties right here-they're geared up ready to go-The Finest kind! Come on come on! It's gettin' late in the career and I'm really motivated to unload this stuff-so, I'm really in the mood to slash prices-So, Let's go!

It's the cat in the hat
Everything has its price. The bible is a how to get rich self help book.
He is keeping the faith, and you know how important that is. Cause it says right on the money. In God We Trust.
This was just my humble attempt to reply to your work of genuis.
Don't mean nothin.

globalization now we have cultures that are really fucked up messing with cultures that are really fucked up but in different ways. free trade can bring up the 3rd world but 3rd world can mean starving people can also mean people who want to blow things up for no good reason maybe we should re-examine economic laissez faire and say fuck you to anyone who's not on the welfare rolls and cut em off. helping the evil get rich within and outside our boundaries is bad all around, but we can sometimes vote out the evil inside. i'm feeling run-on today.

I couldn't find the original cnn story but here's an updated story
http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/02/23/ ... index.html
Ports company will delay takeover because of the controversy.
The idea that the Bush would even consider hiring a company which is operated by the same exact countries which he accuses as harboring and training terrorists... well, that's sorta bizarre isn't it? lol
just shows ya how in bed this administration is with the arab nations...
it's all about money.

That and the comfortable yet secert life that they don't want the general public who supports them. Because when the general public does find out. Those who are keeping their comfortable life a secert realizes that it's time to run and hide.

one of those stories that would pop up in a post war disaster documentary:
fade in: port of newark.
caption: 2006. GWB sells controlling interest of 6 US ports to the UAE.
fade out.
fade in: coughing people, victims lying covered on stretchers.
caption: 2009. 11 terrorists are smuggled aboard commercial vessel to port of newark and unlease chemical attack, killing 22,000 people.

Everybody's wrong everybody's right
Someone must be wrong when someone else is right
Everybody's wrong everybody's right
2009. 11 terrorists are smuggled aboard commercial vessel to port of newark and unlease chemical attack, killing 22,000 people
Do you think they need to buy the ports to do that?

But gee golly gee whizz, during the debate in 04 with Big John Kerry, Bush said he'd never ever trust national security over to some foreign country. I just guess that a company owned by government of an Islamic sheikdom that has close tie history with international terrort groups doesnt count.
"The next four years we will continue to strengthen our homeland defenses. ... I'll never turn over America's national security needs to leaders of other countries, as we continue to build those alliances."
