Back in the U.S.S.A

Post by lovingpenfull » March 21st, 2006, 4:42 pm

Those Santa Cruz gals really knock me out, leave the East behind... I am back from the India/South East Asia etc. scene, back in the belly of Big Brother, but I came back to Frisco so it isn't a sharp shock; just nort of Santa Cruz in the Redwoods, hanging out with some friends in some RVs, nice place; tonight it is an AmTrak train back up to Oregon where I hung my hat before Asia, get intouch with a friend, get into trucking....SO, I will be on that road, just turning it into one trip after another here, this one is across the broad breast of the North American continent in an 18 wheeled rig with my driver pal as a job, learn the ropes and then take that CDL test, truck and travel for a year with in-cab net- or satilite-radio...SO, there won't be much word from me in a while...I'll check in a few months or a year later, but no longer than a year 'cause the plan is truck a year and then move that money around, on back to foreign soil, get into it again...bye for now
I am looking for a home for my thoughts.

If your pal knows the ropes if he is it in it for the long haul I hope he has an electric cooler in his truck. You can buy a little fridge that will run off a cigarette lighter plug for about 100 bucks. You are young so it may not be an issue but you can only eat so many truck stop UFO specials (unidentified fried object). I ate my way into a forced retirement because of my lack of discipline. I hope you get into long haul gypsy trucking it is the only way to go.

Happy motoring.

That diesel sound still haunts my consciousness, if you are running hard, it turns into the mystic syllable. A thousand miles a day and it is Om, Aummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Man my world ended when I lost the road. Somebody asked why I post on the Internet, it almost feels like the road.

I dont know nothin about Hinduism but it has great appeal to me. It ain't my phault, it is asphault. I have always got what I had coming so I got no bitch with Karma. But I wonder about the baby who had his head smasked open in Rwanda. The women who were raped today. She had it coming. And George W Bush is just our Karmic payback for bieng such a collection of wretched huddled masses. Yeah I love it. Stanley "Tookie" Willliams sitting on death row. They asked him why that happened to him? "Karma" he answered. Karmic dice what a bitch.
