hostel living.....

Post by YABYUM » August 31st, 2006, 1:50 pm

So far this has been an interesting experience, to say the least. I share a romm with three other dudes....Drew, from Germany.....Roland, from Isreal....and Damis, from Liverpool. It's always a laugh when we all converse because everyone has such a thick and different accent. The work is easier than taking a piss. Only takes about three hours to clean all the rooms and then I am free to fuck about until my graveyard shift across town. I went out to a local bar last night and heard some good punk bands. I was so thrilled to find this bar only a stones throw from the hostel. It's an all out punk bar where it seems mandatory to have at least two visible tattoos and at least one facial piercing. What I really enjoy is getting into political converse with all these representitives from other countries. No one seems shy to weigh in on GW or the trade center, or Lebanon and Isreal, or Iraq, or any other subject I decide to throw into the ring. Not really sure how long I'll stay or where to next. I want to go to Hawaii in the worst way, but I have a freind who's opening a restaurant in El Paso and is trying to recruit me for a cooks position. El Paso? What the hell is in El Paso? Maybe some cute mexican girls. Anyway...no point to this letter......just passing time and saying hello. Kinda funny how axanderdeath is sorta in the same situation, I always enjoy his writing. I have really just been sticking to my notebooks, I was getting to used to the computer and would never go back and re write in my journals, so now it's the opposite......

Yabyum suck every bit of goodness out of your life
leave no stone unturned if you possibly can
it moves fast
hell it runs
make the most of it
it's waiting
grab on with both fists
and fuck it for all it's worth...
you know...
in a good way!
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

I find lots of people in hostels are interesting--and rich--more than I...
thus spoke G.A.P.

Where are you? I just had a friend who returned from a maybe two month road trip out west, and he stayed at hostels too. He was completely sold on Portland.

you can see where I am living and working by typing in Sin City Hostel on the google page. Axanderdeath.....I know what you mean about people being rich. It seems to be alot of young europeans travelling on an account that I wish I could draw from before they return home to attend oxford. I still enjoy their veiwpoints. Maybe (I'm sure I will) I'll even get to have sweet desert sex with a few woman who scream out in languages I cant understand. Mousey.....I am. I have been. I will until I die.
