Bolivia, Peru and north of Chile

Have you ever been there?
We are planning with a friend to go there on January. We talked with friends that went to Bolivia and Peru before and we are searching information through internet. The idea is also to "see" the sea some days near Iquique when we return, but I doubt we have money for that!
