All of us non-conformists who wont settle for Bush should crowd into my overpopulated hometown of blue state New York and form our own union, a union based on liberal and democratic ideology- not the filler we've been feeding
on lately

let's all buy an island
in the chesepeake bay
a blue state of mind
indeed, full of blue water
that spawns tasty blue
crabs, and blue corn kenels
that crackle over freedom's
fire, as we ponder the powder
blue utopian to be or not to be..................

........O and by the way my friends I did leave the red state of Virginia, even after we beat back the Ollie North assult, to repatriate myself upon these lawless and free streets of Old Baltimore....................................

Waitaminit..is the non-specific blue state still in the union?

I already live in a blue state--

No because I live in a blue state called Wisconsin. So we have already broke away!!!! So if there is anybody who needs a place to stay. Come on over to my state!!!!

The Red States and the Blue States

if the highest building in town has a steeple on it
you know you are in a Red State.

If the Dairy Queen is your idea of great cuisine
you are probably in a Red State.

If the mention of the word 'gay' makes you want to lose your Happy Meal
I think you are in a Red State.

If you've read a book from cover to cover other than the bible
you might be from a Blue State.

If your car radio is tuned to NPR rather than AM talk radio
you are likely to be in a Blue State.

If you are thinking about seceding from the Union
you are probably in a Blue State.

If you are red in the face since the election
you are from a Blue State and have the blues.

But blue suede shoes are from Memphis
and that's in a Red State.

And the Red Sox are from Boston
and that's in a Blue State.

We would assume that The Big Apple is red
but it's in a Blue State.

The Redskins play out of Washington DC
which is solid Blue. That's why they won't make it a State.

At least Baton Rouge is in a Red State where it belongs.
And most rednecks are in Red States.

Red States, Blue States
I hardly know what to say
At least it's not yet the Blue and the Gray.
