fingers feel the night
trees have branches, also roots
this is my root song

(here are some of my roots--first band I ever played with, The AngelBull:
Save the World

Badmouth Lemming on the harp)
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

The Poet's Eye

messed up somewhere. post again

white covered winter
pines surrender, needles fall
at last winter comes

slip slidding hills roll
stop? red oak moves
bob sledding away

upturned branches sway
thoughts to be seen, but not heard
frozen in time lost

shattered silence
youth roots, sprouts, grows, entangles, give up
they are awake.

completely off track now.
