Nationalize the churches and privatize the military. Declare the KKK an elite Special Forces unit.

Relax penal codes on a sliding scale of increasing income.

Require all women to marry by age 25, and either tax those who don't or draft them into National Concubine Service

Outlaw the teaching of US History

Administer IQ tests for all civil service jobs - with 100 as the upper cutoff.

Relocate all brown-skinned people within our borders to Federal Reservations created to house them

(it was hard coming up with batshit-crazy ideas he hasn't already...)
