Have you ever read The History of The English Speaking People? That book was an eye opener for me. Had this notion of you all as very polite very proper people sipping tea with your pinkies extended.
Personally I have never read that book but I do believe myself to be very polite and proper! I sip tea as well but without any gestures. The "English speaking peoples" is meant to include Americans as well of course!!

Specialist Tomas Young ( link to story and picture of Mr. Young and his wife here):

http://www.bradblog.com/archives/00001771.htm

like Cindy Sheehan, would like a few words with President Bush. Young is paralyzed from the chest down because of a spinal cord injury received in Iraq during combat ordered by DUBCO.

Young is one of the 13,000 listed as "injured" by the Pentagon.

I have posted the link only here because you should see the picture of Mr. Young in addition to reading his story on "Brad's Blog."

There are other links, including a tv/radio interview with Young, but my computer isn't sophisticated enough to watch/ hear them.
