I particularly like this quote from Pitt:

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom," British statesman William Pitt warned in 1783. "It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."

and I strongly recommend this book-- now more than ever:

. . .and yes, I am aware of what Pitt was doing in the British government about the time of this quote . . .before you all start shouting . . .

Do a google search for “A God damned piece of paper"
I did a Google search and came up with "fffeling lucky"
a fellow named Doug Thpmpson.

My wife coulldn't believe it so I went further to find out who this Doug Thomsponis and he is pretty well established, a successful entrepreneur in journalism and creative as well as political work.

So my marriage license is just a piece of paper?
So all my debts are just blips of digit bits?

Kool?

Well, my ghrandparents sure had a "fabricated" reality
and it continues to this day. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.
