It gives me pause jim, I mean those domestic "errorists tm zlatko) with their black UN heliocopters conspiracy one world government. I suppose they prey on my fear that:

If one country governments can screw things up so bad what is the potential for a one world fiasco. Will the whole be greater than the sum of its parts? I suppose it is, at least to gestalt.

Yeah I agree mit ya jimboloco, case in point Rwanda, those people could have used a un police force.

Of course, there is always the potential for an abuse of power
Hopefully, the UN peacekeepers will be especially disciplined in establashing buffer zones, for starters.
