soldiers testifying about prisoners at GITMO
they were not allowed to make a case for
releasing them on grounds that there was no reason to detain them
and were fprced to restate their evaluations of those prisoners to comply with set objectives to detain them all
and so the fear mongering continues
and the military does still not like soldiers who dissent
