i was gonna say you can say that agin, but after perusing my thoughts, I realised that you already had, but in fact Mike Gravel is getting in his two cents worth into the national debate, in order to get in his two cents worth, which was worth repeating, at the risk of repeating myself.
This is the official Youtube Channel for former Sen. Mike Gravel (Alaska).

In 1971, I waged a successful one-man filibuster for five months that forced the Nixon administration to cut a deal, effectively ending the draft in the United States. I am, perhaps, best known for my release of the Pentagon Papers, the secret official study that revealed the lies and manipulations of successive U.S. administrations that misled the country into the Vietnam War. Today, I have come back to politics because the United States needs a president with my background now more than ever to take on the military-industrial complex and to fix the damage that has been done to our great country. For more information, visit my web site at gravel2008.us. Please make a donation to help me take back Washington from those who seek to saddle the United States with more wars and debt.
I know he ain't gonna get the presidential numbination, but he has the opportunity to inject into the national debates a golden egg, my gawd, somebody to speak the truth and I know that you agree with his conceptual idea, that the USA is addicted to militarism and that we are suffering as a result.

I am watching for Senator McCain to stage a comeback in the Republickin race and am afeared that he would give Hillarious a run for her dough. But I can not believe that anyone else who the Repukeblickins will put up will carry them over. She will be the next prez and she will move us gradually towards the clear vision that Mickey Bear elucidates.

As it stands right now, the Dumbocrats are waffling about General Betrayus and about the time in-country of the troops, but at this point I have got to agree with Senator Hairless Reid that the tactics of compromise in sparring for a troop withdrawal is the wrong tactic, and altho the Dumbocrats are obviously torn between two haters, at least they offer debate and hope for a turning.

On Coffee Joe this mawnin, retired General Wesley Clark said that, while he couldn't sanction the ad about Petraeus, and he believes that the good and loyal general is obeying the chain of command (something I cannot sanction when there is cause to dissent), he said that he did agree with the content of the Moveon.org's message, that the general is a mouthpiece for the administration and that he was in fact set up as a political stooge, more of less. And he agrees that the Iraq War is a failed policy, that we got in based upon lies, and arte now seeing the consequences. He also predicts that the Shihites will take on the Sunnis in a coming civil war and sees other opportunities rather than military solutions for a new stabilisation in the area.

Like i said sometime ago if we uused the military in a responsible way, it would be OK. But we got madmen at the helm, and fighting peasants in the fray.

so what the hay, let Mickey the Gravel voiced bear have his say. He's right about the national cost of thhe absurd military-industrial complex, altho i wouldn't agree to abolish the income tax just yet.

Hillary can't win. She's too Clintonian for today.

And womanly. Moderates don't trust dames. We need white male protestant leaders. With military or sports or acting 'xperience. A Ronnie Regan, or a Greorge Bush. in fact, let's reelect Bush. Four More Years!
I don't think 'Therefore, I am.' Therefore, I am.

I been thinking the same thing.

Yes four more years of Bush
That should do it.
The World After Bush

But first we need to repeal the 22nd Amendment

Could the Pentagon Papers be published today?
Probably not. Not by the main stream press anyway

I am going to try and send Gravel some money
Shame on me if i don't.

Put my money where my mouth is as he said
