There has been terror fatigue in the media? Only school shoting matter, an them even not somuch.
Violence is boring. Let Bush invade Iran, unless its sexy enuff nobodyll give a shit.
Global warming. Global warmongers. Al Gore is Nobel Peace. Dalai Lama is friend of ... Bush!!
And Congress. China's capitalist commies no likey mr. Lama.
Dalai Lama to Get Congressional Medal
The exiled Tibetan Buddhist leader the Dalai Lama is in Washington today where he will be awarded a Congressional Gold Medal, the nation’s top civilian honor. The Chinese government has denounced the award and says it could strain relations with the U.S. On Tuesday, the Dalai Lama met with President Bush at the White House and praised what he called their ‘close friendship.’
The Dalai Lama: "We know each other and we developed some kind of, I think, very close friendship. Therefore something like reunion of one family, like that. I really feel like that naturally. He is showing his concern about Tibet and he inquired about situation and then accordingly I explained. Then also I expressed my appreciation to Mrs. Bush since she really takes consideration of--, about Burmese sort of case.”

yeah i was thinking
about those people who got killed
in Pakistan whe the ex-president came back
she is a moderate
and the radical extremists got pissed
they are a dangerous brood
unfortunately
the current crop of nneo-con chickenhawk and
military hawks
can not seem to get it straiight
that these folks are the ones we need to focus upon
no we also got to expand this into ww3 and bomb bomb bomb iran
and slightly deeper that that
would it be too much to ask for a little insight about this radicalism
and its origins and how the clash of western materialism with traditional orthodox islamic values plays a part
well
there are families in grief right now inside pakistan
as there are in sadr city
after the latest american lies and exaggerations about killing insurgents
who afterall want us the fuck outa their country when in fact it was reported in alternative media sources that some of the anti-american gunfire was coming from the neighborhood after their homes were bombed by our gunships
but hey
the headlines read, like, more insurgents killed
christ, where the fuck are you when we need you?
dead and dumb i guess sweet jesus,
your so-called christian soldiers are cold blooded killers
without grace or insight or prescience,
whose mission is to follow orders and fight
(until they come home and dream of horrors and suffer inside
after the fact, or stay in a state of denial and retire dumbed down with their military pensions and self-congratulatory distortions)
lord,
why don't you use your omniscient power to waken them the fuck up?
a fucking men.
and how.\
people writhing in pain and horror and rage and grief
and we don't really care.
well, in Pakistan,
there will be an accounting,
with the terrorists who use bombs to blow up busses.
but in America,
there is no such accounting for the unheard of terror we have as a nation
brought to the innicents of iraq.
so mayne the lord is waiting
and our nation will continue it's decline into crime and prison-economics
and mercenary armies of sloth and stupor.

she is a moderate
Maybe so jim but:
She was prime minister when A.Q. Khan was selling nuclear weapon technology to North Korea, Iran, Lybia and Alabama...
A.Q. Khan has claimed that equipment and drawing shipped to Iran were supplied as a result of pressure from the late Gen. Imtiaz during his tenure as defense advisor to Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto from December 1988 to August 1990 . Khan has also admitted to meeting Iranian scientists in Karachi at the request of Dr. Niazi, a close Bhutto aide. In return for the help, Iran transferred millions of dollars to foreign bank accounts, with some money funnelled through the Bank of Credit and Commerce International. That bank collapsed in 1991.

A Meeting of Minds in 1993 Pakistan's military ties to North Korea go back to the 1970's. But they took a decisive turn in 1993, just as the United States was forcing the North to open up its huge nuclear reactor facilities at Yongbyon. Yongbyon was clearly a factory for producing bomb-grade plutonium from spent nuclear fuel.
When North Korea refused to allow in inspectors headed by Hans Blix, the man now leading the inspections in Iraq, President Bill Clinton went to the United Nations to press penalties and the Pentagon drew up contingency plans for a strike against the plant in case North Korea removed the fuel rods to begin making bomb-grade plutonium.
In the midst of that face-off, Benazir Bhutto, then the prime minister of Pakistan, arrived in Pyongyang, the North Korean capital. It was the end of December, freezing cold, and yet the North Korean government arranged for tens of thousands of the city's well-trained citizens to greet her on the streets. At a state dinner, Ms. Bhutto complained about the American penalties imposed on her country and North Korea.
"Pakistan is committed to nuclear nonproliferation," she said, according to a transcript issued at the time. However, she added, states still have "their right to acquire and develop nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, geared to their economic and social developments."

I care, I care, I care.
I'm runnin out of care,
over and over again,
caring for the fallout,
of this out of control
government's mistakes.
I don't want to become hard hearted.
(It would ruin my singing career).
Indeed I care,
I don't want to stop caring,
I watch the stories,
see the pictures,
feel the tear
dribbling out of my eyes,
frustration,
resistance,
then pragmatism,
which silences me into
seeming compliance,
but baby,
i'm screamin inside......
