If only I could become so disconnected.
On the contrary, Ive been watching super tuesday results for most of the day, barring a short shopping trip and a shorter housecleaning effort.
I've devoted my vote to Barack Obama and I root for him quietly here in my squalid little living room, today being a day off from my job as a cashier that pays squat and renders me home, but outless, as I have no money really to squander, even on gas.
My interest in the campaign is out of an urgency I feel about getting the Republican party out of power, and with the warmongering idiot McCain looking more and more likely to be the Republican nominee, i'm getting more and more inclined to fight against that.
I don't think Hillary can beat McCain, cool and nice as she is. I mean, she'd be a good president no doubt. But Obama can win in my estimate, against McCain, and that is what swings my vote. He's as good a candidate as Hillary too.
I really liked Edwards, but he vanished.
Sigh.
Damn! I wish I didn't care a whit about it.
I do though.
So for those of you that don't really care about this election...vote for Obama as a favor to me okay?

I am going to vote hester, I can't dance so I might as well.
Not sure who yet
I am just watching listening and waiting plenty of time to make a decision when I walk into the voting booth on March 4
I am hoping the democratic convention will not be the usual dog and pony show.
It could get ugly they say. I hope so. But if they keep close in the primary results it could come down to the old smoke filled room. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

Clinton has support from 158 super delegates, Obama has 89 and former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards comes in with 26. (Full chart last page).
More than three-quarters of the total delegates are awarded based on a state's primary or caucus results, but there are also unpledged free agents, so called super delegates who are up for grabs.
This election year there are 797 unpledged super delegates who can pick a candidate regardless of the result of their state's primary or caucus.

Democratic super delegates are state party leaders, national party leaders and former Democratic presidents who are free to vote for any candidate they choose even before their own state primary or caucus.

Heh.

Toty, I have to say that I think Obama will probably become like all the rest become, in his own fashion, of that Washington corruptedness. A place enabled by we the people, festers like it does because we've given it too much of our power. But Obama isn't there yet, and that's better than anyone else in the race has got to offer us.
I'm truly terrorized at the thought of McCain as President. My gut just hurts at the thought of it, and this is what mostly motivates me towards speaking out for Obama.
Like a run for safety.
Self preservation.
Bear with me.

I am leaning that way hester. Have you ever checked out the church he goes to in Chigago. Diamond LIl is leaning towards hillary. Lilly a RN for over sixty years, a nurse practioner, a MS in RN nursing almost a phd now. She says Hillary makes sense on health care. But I hear the Obama has a plan too.
Something creeped me out about Bush in 2000, I did not know what it was but I dreaded him becoming president. Even more than I dread McCain now. Maybe I have just reached the limit of my creep outness quotient. I don't know.
Do you think McCain is the Manchurian Candidate?
If I can't decide at the last minute I will go for Obama, just for you. But I definitly leaning his way now anyway.
