his new hearing coming up will decide if he will get life in prison without parole, due to some sentincing irregularities from long ago, versus the right to a hearing that will determine life without parole versus the death penalty. He is asking for a new hearing, but, I am sure, hopes to expand it beyond this narrow abyss and back into the light.

if kansas wins the final 4, maybe obama will advocate to pardon peltier and in pennsylvania, he should play basketball instead of going bowling with a tie hanging down, no wonder he shot a 39, man, not one spare,
