How does Bush stack up against the numbers?

This article covers the full gamut of percentages of facts pertaining to the Bush administration. In all fairness, how they were arrived at is not clear, but even if the numbers are off "a bit", it is still quite a picture that is painted for our President, and the picture sure ain't pretty!
