why?

Because we elected a man who knows better than the courts, who knows better than all of us, right?

it gives you a pretty clear idea of why this whole circus is about politics and not about Terri Shiavo.

I've spent the past day and a half on internet bulletin boards discussing the Shiavo fiasco.

It's so sad.

I've written more words about it than I can find! Poor thing. She's in a vegetative state and will never recover and they are playing her like a pawn.

The topic is abortion. If they can make the public believe that she is actually alive, which she isn't, really, and will never be.... then, they can make the public believe a fertilized egg has consciousness.

Geesh.

I'm about written out at this point. The whole thing is very upsetting to me. I wrote a piece about my Dad dying which fits right in, in regards to this case. Maybe I'll post it here later.

One man can sign papers to put hundreds on deathrow to death and send military personnel to invade a country who never did anything to hurt us, where the result is thousands of deaths...

but he's concerned about the non-existant "life" of an unfortunate lady in a vegatative state?

I wish we could just march in and grab Bush and his cronies by the scruffs of their necks and toss em out onto the boulevard......send them home, like bad boys or mean dogs.

I really appreciate Terri Schiavo's husband, saying shame on you to the Pres and his brother. In my opinion, he's a hero for that.....and I hope he's opened the door for more folks to step up and say how they really feel too. I don't understand the "hold" these guys have on all of us. He's a just a guy, making or carrying out very bad decisions. He needs to be fired. Duh!


I hope you are right about the Social Security too Doreen. I sure do. If you have any good links on that let me know would you...it's really giving me a scare....man I'll have nothing! Cept my heart, and it doesn't seem like that's worth much anymore.....heh.
