In other words, trolls, hackers and inefficiency, basically. I read this piece too. Had an old British feel to it. The guy has a "Sir" title. The Web seems a bit of a "Frankenstein's monster" (that multiplies). Once unleashed and rolling, I'm not sure how anyone "fixes" it...
