I watched Kurt Vonnegut on Bill Maher and I really dug what he said...about us humans being a cancer, a disease, that nature is trying to shake off of her. Makes more sense to me than anything else I've heard up to now.

Where is the money going to come from?

Bushko will either just "put it on the tab", and what a hefty tab it is, or use this disaster as an excuse to further cut existing programs which don't fit into the Bushko idealogical agenda.
